At LA MEHN, we offer a range of delivery options to ensure your purchases are delivered quickly and efficiently. All orders are sent with a Tracked Delivery Service and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order after 1 PM, the delivery time frame will begin from the next business day.

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days):

• Sent with Royal Mail
• £3.95 or free on orders over £40
• Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked48 service
• Allow up to 5 business days for preparation, dispatch, and delivery
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

Express Delivery (1-3 business days):

• Sent with Royal Mail
• £5.95 or free on orders over £80
• Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked24 service
• Allow up to 3 business days for preparation, dispatch, and delivery
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

Next Day Delivery (on orders placed before 1 PM):

• Sent with DPD
• £7.95 or free on orders over £40
• Orders will be delivered the next business day via DPD, if placed before 1 PM
• If placed after 1 PM or on a weekend, allow an extra business day for delivery
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands:

• £3.95 or free on orders over £40
• Allow up to 7 business days for preparation, dispatch, and delivery
• Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

REFUND

At LA MEHN, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returning Items:

• Please email returns@lamehn.com to initiate a return.
• You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returning the item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your shipment.
• Items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Exceptions will be made for damaged or defective items.

Shipping and Custom Fees: Please note that customer is responsible for covering shipping charges.We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Processing:

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above requirements.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days, although please allow up to 30 days for processing due to transfer time between payment systems.
• We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
